The line "we are Animal Farm Pigs" refears to George Orwell's book "Animal Farm", where pigs are the rulers of the other animals.
The line "we are a Terry Gilliam film" refers to Terry Gilliam who was a member of Monty Python, but also did his own movies. The one they are referring to here is Brazil as mentioned in the Wolves In Wolves' Clothing booklet.
